Delivery Options

Standard delivery within 3-4 working days (Cyprus)

  • Free of charge on all orders.

Please note: we do not dispatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Self-storage Units.

Delivery Instructions

We want to make sure that your order arrives safe and sound, so there are a few delivery requests we can’t commit to:

  • Leaving parcels over fences
  • Leaving parcels on doorsteps
  • Putting parcels through windows
  • Leaving parcels in bins/bin cupboards or wheelie bins
  • Leaving parcels exposed to the elements

Delivery Location

Place your order online at and fill in the address* that you want your order to be delivered on.

*If one of our partner couriers can not deliver to your address, then your parcel will be left at the nearest courier station. Our partner courier and/or carrier will call you to inform you about your parcel and the store pick up hours. To collect your order please bring along:

  • Your order confirmation (text or email)
  • Photo ID (government ID, driving licence or passport only).

There may be cases where we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, or where there are multiple boxes within your consignment.

Please note: Any products purchased from MEDOCAL LTD are made in accordance with a shipment contract with a partner courier and/or carrier. The title and the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the partner courier and/or carrier. Products will be shipped to the address designated by you, as long as such address is complete and it complies with the shipping restrictions described on our website. The time and location of delivery of the products to you is at the discretion of the carrier.

MEDOCAL LTD cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control i.e. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.

All deliveries will be made via courier service where a signature is required. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to sign the delivery. In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will either call you to rearrange a delivery of notify MEDOCAL LTD for further instructions.

Please note that changes of delivery address will need to be made via our Customer Service team. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery after the 15 days, your order will be returned to us. In this case MEDOCAL LTD reserves the right to charge you again for any return and re-send costs that we incur.

Cancellations & Returns


You can return the products bought within 14 days after the receipt given that the product is unopened and in the same condition received without reason and justification.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or are suspected to be faulty, we will provide replacements or offer a refund when proof of the damage or faulty product is provided. It is necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty products or in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged/faulty products from you for Quality Review Investigation. Correspondence will be made with you directly. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an agreement to sell. MEDOCAL LTD reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit or cancel the order quantity on any Product. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and MEDOCAL LTD reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Certain orders constitute improper use of the Site. MEDOCAL LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your MEDOCAL LTD account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at MEDOCAL’s LTD sole discretion.

Returns Procedure

Items must be unused and accompanied by a valid order reference.

Wrapping – Returns should be wrapped securely using the same packaging they were received in, or in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition. The order reference should be clearly displayed on the exterior label. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.

All returns requests submitted outside of normal working hours (8.30am – 5:00pm) will be processed the next working day.

Refunds & exchanges – We aim to process exchanges within 2 working days from the date the return is received.

Refunds will be applied against the original payment method within 5 working days from the date the return is received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to show against an account, depending on your bank.
